We believe their programming should be, too!
Our Sports Performance Training begins with an initial 60-minute consult with your Supervising Coach to collaborate with you to develop a long term plan customised plan unique to your goals, strengths and areas of improvement.
After a plan has been determined, each athlete has on-call support, and daily programming throughout the entirety of their training.
These packages include:
1-on-1 60 min Consultations
Thorough Performance Assessments
Goal Setting & monitoring
Athletic Testing (ie Strength, Force Plates, etc)
Multidisciplinary Team Approach
24/7 Communication & Support
